Warranty
Your Crow River Custom Rod comes with a lifetime guarantee against defects in workmanship for the original owner. Please note that this warranty does not cover accidents, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Altering the rod or exceeding its line classification will void the warranty. We highly recommend reading the accompanying article on the do's and don'ts of handling modern fishing rods, understanding these guidelines can help prevent accidental breakage, which can be repaired for a small fee.
All components are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for the duration of your ownership. If a component fails, reach out to us at 320-761-5887. You will need to ship the rod back for evaluation, and it may be sent to the manufacturer for further assessment depending on the findings, the rod will either be repaired or replaced, although we kindly ask that customers cover all shipping costs.

The cost of your custom rod build starts with your chosen rod blank, followed by added components and artistic enhancements. 50% down payment plus any custom work is required before we begin. Balance is due before delivery, and we’ll share photos during the build process.
