Workmanship
Your Crow River Custom Rod is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for life to the original owner. The warranty is not intended to cover accidents, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. If the rod is altered in any way or the line classification is exceeded the manufacturer's warranty is invalid. The customer will be given an article on the do's and don'ts of handling modern day fishing rods. It's highly encouraged that you read and understand the details. Accidental breakage can be repaired for a small fee.
Components
All components will cover the manufacturer's warranty as long as you own it. If a component should fail, please contact us at 320-761-5887. You will be asked to ship the rod back for an examination. It may be deemed necessary to send the rod back to the manufacturer for their assessment. The rod will be repaired (if possible) or replaced if necessary. We do ask the customer to handle all the shipping costs.

Your custom rod is designed to your specifications and is a one-of-a-kind fishing instrument, therefore, it is not possible to provide an exact price without first knowing your desires.
It's a little like buying a new car, first decision needs to be made about which model and then the trim package you want to add on before a purchase price quote can be reached.
Wooden Grip, Silver Inlays and Decorative Wrap
The base starting point is dependent on the rod blank of choice, then components are added along with any artistic additions to reach the final cost. There will be taxes and shipping added if needed. Once we reach a "meeting of the minds", a down payment of 50% plus the cost of any customized work will be required prior to starting your build. Balance will be due prior to delivery. Photos may be sent during the build process.
